The Casterton Agency is located in the front of the C.E.L.T building at 79 Henty Street.

Business hours are Tuesday to Friday, 9.30am till 12 noon.

Services offered:

• Pick up and lodge forms
• Assistance with forms, online services and the call centre
• Identity documents copied
• Use of computer, phone and fax
• General enquiries
• Referrals to Centrelink specialist services

The agency cannot:

• Make any payments or decisions about your payments
• Review assess or vary your payments
• Issue concession cards
